When the trap is closed as you would get it supplied from us lift up the folded walls as shown.

As you lift up the walls the spring mechanisms on the doors of the trap will ‘flip’ it open.

Locate the 'locking door' and press down until it locks into the trigger mechanism.

​

Once you have prepared a suitable bait place it in the trap at the far end near the rear door. Ensure the bait is not on the tread plate or under it as this will affect the performance of the trap.
