Antechinus Invasion
A customer contacted us with a unique issue, Dusky Antechinus antechinus swainsonii were invading her home. We were able to supply some Type 1 traps that were strategically located in a kitchen drawer complete with camouflage.
With the 1st caught 30 minutes after setting the traps ,a record of 7 caught in just six hours and a total of 85 now caught. Our Pilkarra type 1 trap has been a huge success.

Note: All the animals trapped were released back in to a conservation reserve near the customers property with permission and guidance from staff from NSW Parks and Wildlife.

Pilkarra in Lebanon
An Ecologist from the 'Environmental Association Tannour W Nour' wrote to us with the following message:

We are holding a Prey/Predator relationship study targeting the population of rodents in the surrounding of Tannourine Cedar Nature Reserve - North Lebanon. The aim is to promote conservation of the natural predators of rodents in the area.
The traps showed high sensitivity and practicality catching from the pygmy shrews to other rodents as well as other species (Hedgehogs and salamanders)

Its great to see that our products can help with such an important project.
